Leah Galarza is the Owner. She has in excess of 20 years of ​Administrative and Management Experience through her ​extensive military career and her passion and skill in assessment ​and continuous process improvement is evidenced by her ​Business Process Re-engineering Professional certification and as ​a Lean Six Sigma process improvement Green Belt.

Leah is currently working in the management of custom software ​solutions as an IT Program Manager at the United States National ​Guard Bureau. She serves as a Contract Office Representative ​(COR) of an IT custom software contract. As a consultant, she has ​also served as an advisor regarding the implementation of various ​enterprise data solutions at the National Level for over 7 years.

Leah has been an Inspector General in the Air National Guard for ​over 7 years, making her an expert in compliance and oversight ​procedures. She has streamlined enterprise level processes in ​accordance with law, policy and regulation to reduce redundancy ​throughout her career to create more efficiency within her ​assignments.

Non-Military

In addition to her military endeavors, Leah ​has invested into her own real estate ​portfolio since 2011. She now has multiple ​properties that are tenant occupied across ​the United States. Leah has also worked as ​a CFO for Yuma Concrete Construction ​LLC since 2021. She has been able to adapt ​the business from a small business to ​medium sized by implementing policies ​throughout the company and overseeing ​the management and administration of IT, ​HR and Finance.
